Jobless claims rise above expectations
(Reuters) – The number of Americans filing new claims for unemployment benefits rose more than expected last week, pointing to a labor market that is struggling to regain momentum.
Initial claims for state unemployment benefits increased 10,000 to a seasonally adjusted 418,000, the Labor Department said on Thursday.Economists polled by Reuters had forecast claims rising to 410,000 from a previously reported 405,000.
Adding one more person (in particular) to the unemployment roles could benefit millions.
See, there! They managed to avoid the word “unexpected”. It’s like we’re already free of those horrible 5% unemployment rates during the Evilbushyears.
“rose more than expected”
Who are these people making these expectations that are always wrong?
The IPCC.
That’s another 400,000 unemployment checks we can send out to “create Jobs”. It’s true because Nancy says so:

This lady should have been hooted of the national stage completely after making those statements.
This lady should have been hooted OFF the national stage completely after making those statements.
Maybe we should get the Labor Department and GISS together, and have them switch charts.
