Congress needs to reduce the capacity of spring snowstorms to less than 10 inches.

    Ten days ago NOAA posted its drought outlook through June 30, 2013. The snow in Colorado can not be falling – it is in the “Drought to persist or intensify” region.

    Climate change causes more snow, which kills people. Therefore, we must ban CO2. If we save just one life it is worth it.

    I hope I don’t have to buy a tin can for a car due to unobtainable CAFE standards. Heck, even Smart cars don’t get the required mileage per gallon.

    Amazing how such poor drivers can get licences. Mind you, they’d probably all be deemed capable of owning a gun too!

    I drove that stretch of road during a snow storm in late April 2004. Luckily there were few other drivers that attempted the drive and most of those ended up in the median. I did manage to reach Denver with no dents or even stopping in a ditch.

    Snow is clearly a dangerous environmental agent as it has a very high concentration of solid hydroxylic acid. The EPA should therefore bring in a snow tax immediately, and ban it completely in certain circumstances such as World Cup soccer matches.
