Instead of reporting the weather, The Weather Channel has become hopelessly attached to the global warming fiction, promoting it every chance it gets. In the process, the station has done irreparable harm to its reputation as a weather forecasting outlet.
The theory of anthropogenic global warming has completely collapsed, falsified by real-world data over the past two-plus decades. There has been no statistically significant warming in 19 years (HadCRUT 3) or 23 years (RSS). Surely, Weather Channel meteorologists must be aware of this widely known fact.
By continuing to frighten its viewers with the AGW scare story, it has become an accessory to one of the greatest scientific frauds this world has ever known.
And manipulation of the worst kind!

I gave up on The Weather Channel in 2008.
The most telling line is “In fact, a few years ago I was highlighted by The Week as being one of six ‘high profile defectors,’ climate change ‘doubters’ having lost one of their ‘leading lights.'”
