Also in May, the story was that no one had immunity to COVID-19 and 50% of the population had to be vaccinated to reach herd immunity.

But Dr. Fauci had a different story. He said in May that the overwhelming majority of people could fight off the virus by themselves, and that gave him hope that a vaccine could be developed to create a similar response to the natural immune response.

In June vaccine makers reported that the virus was disappearing so fast, they weren’t sure they would be able to test it.

It was reported in August that as many as 95% of cases have no symptoms. This again shows that most people have natural immunity.

Between June and May, the World Health Organization changed their definition of herd immunity to say that it could only be achieved by vaccination.

In July, the CDC Director was talking about herd immunity through vaccines, and said eight weeks of mask mandates would bring the virus under control.

He said this despite the fact the CDC’s own studies showed masks don’t work.

Lots of countries and states believed him. and issued mask mandates. Mask mandates failed universally.

Then on September 23, the CDC Director said that more than 90% of Americans remain susceptible to the virus, even though Fauci said the overwhelming majority of people could fight off the virus with their natural immune system and 90% of cases were reported to be asymptomatic.

This is being used by Dr. Fauci to ramp up fear. Fauci keeps changing his story, and last week he wanted to vaccinate 85% of the population, for a disease which he said the vast majority of people can fight off by themselves.

Now Fauci wants to vaccinate everybody, starting with school children.

Fauci is trying to sell his vaccine to schoolchildren, by telling them he made them safe by vaccinating Santa Claus.

According to CDC statistics, there have been 212 school age deaths from COVID-19.

But over the past 30 weeks, there has only been one pediatric influenza death reported.

According to CDC stats, there were 477 influenza deaths under the age of 18 in the US during 2018-2019

The implication being that there have been fewer respiratory virus (COID/Flu) deaths in that age group than normal. There is no indication that COVID-19 has affected the number of deaths of people under 25  in the US

If Fauci’s interest was the well being of children, he would  probably be telling them that they are relatively safe – rather than keeping them out of school and selling them vaccines.

The first post of the new year is about typhoons.

As P Gosselin and I reported, last July was the first July to have seen no typhoons formed at all.

Looking through the year 2020, the number of typhoons formed was 23 which is below the 1981-2010 average of 25.6.

The number of typhoons formed has been trending down since records began in 1951.

In addition, the number of typhoons making landfall in Japan last year was zero.

The only other years this happened were 1984, 1986, 2000 and 2008.

The trend for the number of typhoon landfalls in Japan remains flat since 1951.

Flu diagnosis have all but disappeared, and experts say it is because of the success lockdowns and mask mandates.
