According to a group of scientists from the U.S. and Europe, which held a meeting in January 1972 to discuss climate change, a present global cooling is under way since 1940, considering it a serious threat. That year they send a letter to President Nixon warning of a new ice age. By the 1980s the global cooling scam was transformed into the global warming scam. Climate change is indeed a natural phenomenon that has been taking place for millions of years.
