Idaho 1910 : One Of The Largest Forest Fires In History – 1,250,000 Acres With CO2 At A Very Safe 300 ppm

During the 1981/82 elnino event, five million hectares of tropical rainforest burnt out in the Eastern Kalimantan (Borneo) province of Indonesia. After the Mahogany, Teak and Meranti forests were obliterated, the foundation peat started burning – for years after.
An ecological catastrophe you may have never heard of.
The five million hectares straddled the equator.
The tropical rainforest took thousands of years to develop. The underlying soil is very poor so the forest was anchored in the peat and floor compost. This was an irreplaceable loss.
5 million hectares is 19 .3 thousand square miles

As you have probably already read on this site: Shit Happens!!! Compared to some extreme events in geological history these all are moderate even though they are labeled extreme. Recent history, since the 50s has been relative mild compared to the early 20th.
Some forests actually do better when “Ravaged” by fire occasionally and the fire improves the soil. It is part of the natural cycle!
Mr. Goddard, you have been busy researching the past; that is a no, no. The Ministry of Truth should be paying you a visit shortly.
If this happened today global warmers would never stop about it being caused by global warming, even though it had happened before, 101 years ago. To them it would be an “unprecedented” event from pollution.
I think the response to the CLB is to grow a brain and STFU when they start spouting off about what “Might” happen because of a minor atmospheric gas increasing!
