   I guess the warming of the crust is getting close to Al Gore’s 1million degrees internal temperature just below us

   Does this mean at night the tectonics start and during the day they stop? ummm so tectonics will be faster in arctic areas as it’s colder and warmer at the equator, wait a minute how did an earthquake happen in Japan, it’s in the arctic isn’t it?
