Drudge Continues To Confuse “Heat Index” With “Temperature”

As Jeff Masters would explain it, global warming has changed the saturation vapor pressure of water in the atmosphere, and we can now get up to 120% relative humidity. Maybe even 300% relative humidity.

    The average July in Sacramento is 94, but this year we’ve spent an inordinate time in the 70’s.

    Good news – according to Drudge it’s a dry heat.
