I do wonder if this guy has ever been examined by a mental health professional.
Given that you haven’t had cheap nuclear power yet you can’t have more, Pressurised Water Reactors (the ones most common) are still more expensive than coal power and have massive reprocessing costs/ storage costs. If you want cheap, you want a liquid thorium fuel reactor.
