Death Valley’s all-time record high temperature (134 F) and record low (15 F) both occurred in the year 1913.
That is just revisionist historians writing and making it look like it was written in the past. “Everyone” knows the globe did not experience extreme weather until after the satellites were sent into orbit to observe it. 8)
