I think we know very well by now the writing style that marks the clueless prognosticator
At the very least, it is a reflection on how uncertain the “science” is.
All of the scares are based around misinterpretations of current observations (apparently they’re too dumb or ignorant to know that extreme weather has happened frequently before), or by predictions from severly flawed models.
Prominent alarmists never use the word “will”, except for a few loons like Hansen, Ehrlich, Suzuki, etc, and we know how well their predictions have turned out.
Speaking of government not knowing what it is doing
New EPA standards on coal:
