Heat and drought has decimated the sugar cane crop in Tasiilaq. Note that nothing is growing there, because of the hot, dry weather.
Fortunately, central Greenland is expecting a bumper crop of ice cubes this summer. They just received an order for 300,000,000,000,000,000 10 lb. bags of ice from 7-11, due to the 126 degree weather in Iowa.
Well, at least their economy can always count on the spring break crowd to offset failed crops.
