Steven is discussion the region Nino 3.4 near the equator and the center of the pacific.
Blue is reverse warm! Right? Or is it Anti warm? The experts tell us it is warming but they seem to forget to tell us what direction it is warming in, Positive or Negative. Maybe Hansen was right all along and we will have a strong negative warming NINO 3.4 region this year. He just left out a minor word and we should have known what he meant.
I think he meant to say a strong La Nino. Weak El Nina? Well anyway Kaku explains at the 48 second mark…

Why is there a reason to trust James Hansen?
Woopsie! Much as I love the melting witch, Kaku can be found explaining heat/cold at the 48 second mark here…
