This summer in the Tampa area, we have had average rainfall, the lawns are green, and the famous Florida flora is growing like mad, thanks to plenty of sunshine and CO2.
Imagine my shock to see that NOAA labels our area as currently being in a severe drought.
Apparently observations are not always that helpful.
But having Kansas both wet and dry at the same time can only result from global weirding. That is the only rational sceintific explanation.
I received another inch of drought last night!
Northern Colorado is (by far) the greenest I have ever seen it in August.
