Five year old ice will increase. NSIDC will have to raise the bar to six year old ice.
Disrupting the Borg is expensive and time consuming!

Allow me to preempt:
Where is your data?
I don’t have data for September 2013 yet, Homer. That most likely won’t be available for another year.
LOL! I will now await Mr. Appell to ask “Where is your data about Steven’s data?” I just thought it was funny.
Taking a page out of the razor companies’ playbook…
My forecast: 2 year, 3 year and 4 year ice will all decrease in 2013. Overall extent will likely be somewhere between 2007 and 2012. Steve will be forced to zoom in ever tighter on the bottom right corner of the ice age chart in a desperate attempt to pretend there’s a recovery.
ZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz
Recovery back to what? 1970’s peak ice? Is this what we should be hoping for?
You and Mosher should get a room.
My money is on Steven, and Sunderland beating MC…go black cats!
