Americans Are Twice As Likely To Be Killed By A Car Than To Be Murdered

Most US murders are caused by black gang members using illegal weapons, but even including those – Americans are more than twice as likely to be killed by a car than murdered.

The death rate for automobile accidents in the US is 12.3 per 100,000. The murder rate is 4.7 per 100,000.

According to the World Health Organization, road traffic injuries caused an estimated 1.26 million deaths worldwide in the year 2000. The average rate was 20.8 per 100,000 people, 30.8 for males, 11.0 for females.

The murder rate is much lower in most of America. Most murders happen in places with strict gun control.

    And a good chunk of those murders are gang-on-gang murders which is beneficial to society as a whole. Cars we need, criminals we don’t.

    1st the guns, then the cars. When Agenda 21 is fully implemented, there will be no private transportation, hence: no deaths due to auto accidents. A perfect world! not.

    One of the reasons you need a license to have a car, I guess. Probably a good idea to do the same for guns. Glad you agree!
