Weather is like that! Bobby needs to read more history, to learn more about weather patterns.
One data point is probably all his tiny mind can handle. Two data points would make him cross eyed.
The alarmist have been reduced to going hysterical about any unusual weather event. Come to think of it, what is so unusual about a CAT .6 hurricane (Irene) and a CAT .8 hurricane (Sandy) coming during consecutive years?
In 1954, there was a CAT 3 (Carol) and CAT 4 (Hazel) during just one season, both affecting populated ares along the Eastern Seaboard. Also Edna the same year, a CAT 2, hitting Cape Cod and producing hurricane force winds in Boston.
The AGW loons, of course, ignore the snow piling up at record rates in ski areas in the Northwest.

What I want is that 3 BR FL house advertised for $28,900. Oh, I see, it was cheap in 1976 because they expected it to be under water soon. NOT!
But imagine if the wealthy and middle class could no longer go on luxury ski holidays in the US? Do we really want to live in such a world? I say we should make fossil fuels more expensive for poor people just in case. It’s called the precautionary principle.
More must be done to prevent disasters such as this!
