    Executive Orders means he is the Imperator of the Untied States.
    Napolean, Hitler, Stalin and Mao had less power than this guy.
    So who are the pezzonovanti pulling his strings.

  3. I’d say he meant, I can’t fix all problems because I don’t have absolute power. That doesn’t mean he wishes he was a dictator, but nonetheless for someone with so little real life experience outside of politics, it does suggest he is perhaps somewhat delusional about his ability to actually fix problems using his ideas.
