   …and a carbon capture device on the exhaust would convert the CO2 and H2O back into coal allowing it to run forever without refueling… a perfect closed system… sustainability at its finest.

   I can see trillions in a government grant forthcoming.

       That really was a classic idea. Flettner rotors – so efficient they have revolutionized ship travel……not.
