Alarmists Establish The Legal Case For Their Prosecution

Arrest Climate-Change Deniers

Freedom of Speech does not protect speech that directly leads to injury or death

Tens of thousands of people die every year as a direct consequence of fuel poverty, and many more die of starvation. Those progressives promoting skyrocketing energy prices and burning food stock as an energy source, need to be prosecuted.

“Man-made climate change kills a lot of people. It’s going to kill a lot more.”

No, it’s weather that kills people, arrest God!

  2. The Insane Left is at war with America. They believe it is in a righteous cause–that’s precisely where the insanity comes in. And all of our institutions have been suborned, and follow that insanity blindly (there is no rational, honest reason for the climate alarmism; there is only the irrational, and the dishonest).

Saturday March 29, was the largest daily CA reservoir increase of the 2013-2014 water year. Storage increased 103 K acre feet which was 1% of current storage and over 0.5% of average storage – in one day. To get an idea of how much water that is, Sacramento uses 100K acre feet of water in one year.

On top of that, two feet of snow fell in the Sierras. So this was not a rain over snow event. This was not a snow pack melting event. The snow pack is growing. Squaw Valley near Tahoe has received 43 inches of snow in the past week.

NWS says Monday-Wednesday storm should drop another 1-3 inches of rain and “several feet of snow above 4000 feet elevation with snow levels down to 2500 feet.” For any time of year, that is a very cold storm in CA, especially so in April.

How does it compare? Plotting 2014 by reservoir best resembles 1990-2. During these years, the 4th, 5th, and 6th years of drought during that time, the Bureau of Reclamation allocated respectively 50%, 25%, and 25% of total water allocations to farmers, always announced after March 1 (in 1992 March 20). Every reservoir shows it is above one of these years, equal to another and below 1990.

Interestingly in 2014, BoR announced the allocation would be 0% on Feb 21, a week after President 0 traveled to CA to announce a $1 billion climate fund. Since then the reservoirs have added almost 1 million acre feet of storage and the snow pack has grown.

Normally the local media would point this out in favor of their constituents, but now the media in Sacramento and elsewhere are twisted around the climate mantra, so all people get are pictures of lakes in January before any rain fell.

Droughts are not things that just hurt people anymore, they are opportunities for agencies to hurt people more, with even local media justifying the need for more pain, higher prices, more conservation. This is how it works now.

Democrats = Demolition + Demoralization + Demonic thoughts. I had a short conversation with a progressive recently while he expressed his hatred of the human race, telling me we don’t deserve to be alive we are so wicked. The rage radiated from him. My comment was “speak for yourself” as I walked away. This is the type of person who is making life and death decisions for us. Sleep well tonight.

  5. Dave N says:

The people that are dying due to fuel poverty and lack of cheap energy, are dying due to direct action from governments and business. Since when does communicating the fallacies of CAGW equate with that?
