Damned if you do, and damned if you don’t. Either way Algore and his ilk still get your money. The world is nothing more than a Progressive Slush Fund now.
Owl Gore and others of his ilk will never be happy until every last human on Earth is pushing up daisies, or else Gore and his fellow travelers can jet set over you poor, ignorant, carbon, spewing, peasants’ heads while you struggle to eek out a meager existence by dumpster diving for ever decreasing amounts of recyclable bottles and cans.
The game of chest supposedly originated in The Land of the Arians, that is Iran for all you public school rejects. But to play chest it takes a lot of planning and foresight as well as forethought, all of which our government sadly lacks.
Dirty air will kill us, clean air will kill us. Hot temperatures will kill us, cold temperatures will kill us. I am so tired of these spineless Chicken Littles who aren’t content to be miserable themselves, they want to push their misery on us too.
“Next, coming soon: How the U.S. set up China as a pollution haven and exported its air pollution and greenhouse gas emissions at the expense of U.S. workers and communities.”
The GHG emissions are benefits to all, but everyone should be maximizing them, not just the Chinese.
First, I’ll go on record as saying the climate is not doomed by this, but will continue until the sun burns out.
Second, if the solution to this was to export natural gas from the US so that China didn’t have to do this, these greenies would still not approve of it. They don’t care jack about reality, and only about reflexively stopping things in the western world where they can con politicians and people to do so.
Clean air is disastrous to the carbon credit shysters as they will not be able to sell the worthless piece of paper. China imports lots of coal which has had carbon taxes applied to it. Thus they have been importing tax which goes as credit to the shysters.
Now we know that they have really gone completely raving loony bonkers up there in their Ivory Tower. You can here General Pachauri raving and barking out orders for yet greater insane press releases, from here down on the ground.
So I guess this lets China off the hook so they don’t have to cut down their emissions. How convenient. I guess this will be written into the next climate agreement?
China has the second largest coal deposits, behind only the USA. I doubt that China imports much coal. In fact the CIA’s own web sight shows that in the last 40 years that Chinese coal production only lagged behind Chinese coal production one time, and that was in 1988. Check it out.
Currently China produces almost 4,000,000 times One Hundred thousand (4,000,000,000,000) short tons of coal. This is up from about 6 or 7 hundred thousands of short tons when Jimmy C. left office in 1981. Seems to me that the Chinese have been busy as beavers, or maybe I should say groundhogs when it comes to mining coal.

This is an intriguing Chinese puzzle.
Did the game of chess originate in Asia? Anyway, the West now seems to have only pawns.

Giving power and money away will save you…

Hilarious! We must force the Chinese to return to the rural poverty they endured under Mao!
That grinding rural poverty is the entire stick of Marxist Communism. Shared misery instead of shared prosperity.
