If Hansen Said It, You Can Usually Assume It Isn’t True

Hansen said this in 2012.

We conclude that extreme heat waves, such as that in Texas and Oklahoma in 2011 and Moscow in 2010, were “caused” by global warming, because their likelihood was negligible prior to the recent rapid global warming.

The EPA says something completely different.

And the temperature record shows that heatwaves were more common in the 1930’s and 1950’s

So how does Hansen get away with his constant flow of misinformation about the climate?

So how does Hansen get away with his constant flow of misinformation about the climate?

I know it’s a rhetorical question, but we all know the answer is because he, along with his fellow con artists, is allowed to spew his unrelenting stream of bullshit by a media that is wholly complicit in the greatest fraudulent scheme to ever be perpetrated in the history of human civilization.

“Anyway, what do you think, when did Global Warming begin?”
In 1972 I heard during a UNEP meeting in Nairobi a discussion on CO2 as a pollutant. I found it remarkable that several of the discussing team were bankers. Therefore 1972 is the date for me.

In 1972 Maurice Strong Senor Advisor to the World Bank chaired the UN first Earth Summit. Strong is a member of the Club of Rome, a Rockefeller Foundation trustee and senior adviser to the World Bank.

        >It is instructive to read Strong’s 1972 Stockholm speech and compare it with the issues of Earth Summit 1992. Strong warned urgently about global warming, the devastation of forests, the loss of biodiversity, polluted oceans, the population time bomb. Then as now, he invited to the conference the brand-new environmental NGOs [non-governmental organizations]: he gave them money to come; they were invited to raise hell at home. After Stockholm, environment issues became part of the administrative framework in Canada, the U.S., Britain, and Europe.
        (wwwDOT)afn.org/~govern/strong.html

David Rockefeller, a graduate of the London School of Economics, has had a lifelong association with the Council on Foreign Relations, his father provided major funding for its first headquarters. Ongoing funding is provided by the family’s Rockefeller Foundation. (Back to the Big Oil and Big Bank connections)

        – Admiral Chester Ward, former CFR member and Judge Advocate General of the U.S. Navy said “Once the ruling members of the CFR shadow government have decided that the U.S. Government should adopt a particular policy, the very substantial research facilities of (the) CFR are put to work to develop arguments, intellectual and emotional, to support the new policy, and to confound and discredit, intellectually and politically, any opposition.”

It really is a small clique that is running the show but they sure are running it and not for our benefit.

        • Morgan says:

What is really disgusting is the number of scientists who sell out to them. Mann knows he’s lying, he’s not stupid. He just wants to be a Rockefeller, and this is his way to join the club.

        • Andy Oz says:

+1 Gail. It’s all there for people willing to open their mind.
Alarmism is after all, a state of (a closed) mind.

Interrogator: Why did you lie about Global Warming Hansen?

Ich fas just vollowing Orders Herr Hauptmann.

  2. B.C. says:

BTW, I’m not sure if anyone’s floated the idea before, but shouldn’t we be referring to AGW as the “Meltdown Mann Hoax”?

  3. Because the system is broken, and the Insane Left is undertaking a coup d’etat, aided and abetted by incompetent scientists and suborned institutions (including of course the media) across the board. No one wants to believe there is a general incompetence among all scientists now, due to generations of miseducation, of false theories touted as fact by the academic authorities. Even climate consensus skeptics believe unquestioningly in the execrable Milankovitch theory, for example (solely because they believe in global “ice ages”), and of course undirected evolution (which raises meaninglessness to unquestioned central importance, in the one place where it has no valid place: true science). This has been long in coming and goes beyond any confrontation of opposing dogmas (like Left vs. Right ideologies, or any religion vs. any other). The knee-jerk denial of reality is going on everywhere, on all levels, and everyone “KNOWS” WHAT THEY ARE DOING IS THE RIGHT THING TO DO. Reality is trying to tell everyone otherwise, but they want the only alternative, war, instead.

  4. Dave N says:

They’re bound to blame this on CAGW soon; if they haven’t already:

    • Andy Oz says:

That mudslide is a beat up by the media. Obam bam said there was a never ending drought on the west coast. So there cannot be any “extreme” rainfall there.

  5. Andy DC says:

The so called “4th Estate”, the media, that is supposed to bring truth and knowledge to the people, has been been in bed with the liars instead. The major media outlets are controlled by the same people running the scam. It is all one big happy party. The only thing surer is that the rich get richer and the poor get poorer and that us poor slobs in the middle pay the freight.

    • Gail Combs says:

The goal is the poor slobs in the middle get returned to serfdom where they belong and stop annoying their betters.

A middle class lets the Great Unwashed climb out of poverty and even gives them the notion they might be EQUAL to the members of the Ruling Elite. OH the HORROR!

Socialism BTW is the method chosen by the elite to fool the Great Unwashed into becoming serfs again.

      • There Is No Substitute for Victory. says:

No Gail. Socialism has always been identical to serfdom. The Government controls everything in a usfunk type of economy and the surfs (ie. the middle class) are allotted only as much resources or freedom of action as the government trusts the middle class to use wisely. In other words to keep body and sole together so that the surfs can support their betters in idleness.

You know a Mann by the company he keeps –

Maurice Strong, senior advisor to Kofi Annan, U.N. Secretary-General who chaired the gigantic (40,000 participants) “U.N. Conference on Environment and Development” in Rio de Janeiro in 1992 , who was responsible for putting together the Kyoto Protocol with thousands of bureaucrats, diplomats, and politicians, stated: “We may get to the point where the only way of saving the world will be for industrial civilization to collapse…isn’t it our job to bring that about?”

Timothy Wirth, U.S. Undersecretary of State for Global Issues, seconded Strong’s statement: “We have got to ride the global warming issue. Even if the theory of global warming is wrong, we will be doing the right thing in terms of economic policy and environmental policy.”

“The data doesn’t matter. We’re not basing our recommendations on the data. We’re basing them on the climate models.” Prof. Chris Folland, Hadley Centre for Climate Prediction and Research

“The only way to get our society to truly change is to frighten people with the possibility of a catastrophe” – emeritus professor Daniel Botkin

”We are on the verge of a global transformation. All we need is the right major crisis.” – David Rockefeller, Club of Rome executive manager – Trustee of The Rockefeller Foundation a heavy funder of environmenal causes.

“In searching for a new enemy to unite us, we came up with the idea that pollution, the threat of global warming, water shortages, famine and the like would fit the bill….All these dangers are caused by human intervention…and thus the “real enemy, then, is humanity itself….believe humanity requires a common motivation, namely a common adversary in order to realize world government. It does not matter if this common enemy is “a real one or…one invented for the purpose.” Quote by the Club of Rome.

“This has almost nothing to do with environmental policy….one must say clearly that we redistribute de facto the world’s wealth by climate policy” – Ottmar Edehoffer, UN IPCC

  9. oeman50 says:

There were never any heatwaves in Texas or Oklahoma before the CO2 got to 400 PPM (or almost). That PROVES global warming did it!

No heat waves in Texas? Maybe on Bizzaro world.
