   Since we’ve had a dearth of O-bots around here lately, I will offer a sample of how one of them might comment on this post, if they chose to do so:

   Tsk, tsk, Tony, the obvious reason for this apparent discrepancy is because you have cherry picked all the days before October 14. Obviously, the increase in 90° days has happened only after the 14th of October. Thus, you are hiding those days so that you can maintain your “credulous” congregation of the faithful. Baa-aa-a, Baa-aa-a, all you ignorant “sheep”. Baaaaaaaaaaa! Baaaaaaaaa!

   Oh yeah, I almost forgot, there is a simple reason why “Steven’s” analysis will not reveal the truth about hot days: because in real science, we no longer use the Fahrenheit scale! So, by writing his query using Fahrenheit numbers, he obviously is not going to find any of the thousands of days this year that were over 90°F! He has to put in the equivalent number for Celsius, to find those days! “Real” Science, indeed! “Steven” knows exactly what he is doing, and all you “sheep” are just eating it up. BAAAAAAAA!

     Have you also noticed in the “Age of Obama” that there are many, many more zombie movies, television shows, Internet sites and books. Why is that? I’d postulate that someone who could write such drivel (like you’ve surmised here) would make one believe that zombies were indeed (undead?) possible and were walking and typing among us as the trolls we love to hate… or collecting grants to model the climate with little or no data or ideas.
