The global temperature record is a complete farce. They simply pick a set of data which suits their current agenda.
Yes, modern science is fraudulent. The scientific community has betrayed the trust of the taxpayers that support their research. But we cannot afford retaliation. Society is hurting. The most important task now is to restore integrity to government science and constitutional limits on government.
Science should pay its own way: Scientific method depends on finding experiments that are novel to investigate different phenomena; it is from those experiments that new technology arises. If science is not making its own money suspect charlatans.

The Surface Stations validation project ( http://www.surfacestations.org ) a private group that physically visited and documented NWS Wx Stations found that more than 85% of the official stations did NOT meet NWS standards. Typical problems were all the asphalt, steel buildings, and even AC compressor units that had been added to the immediate environment of the wx station over the years. One of the more laughable situations was at the University in Tucson where the station was originally sited in the middle of a field, but over the years the field incrementally became an asphalt parking lot so that today the station occupies a small (looks to be about 10 feet by 20 feet) grassy island in the middle of a sea of black pavement.
Prof. Michael Mann redacted (erased) the historical information that remembered the Roman Warming, the Medieval Warming, and the Little Ice Age that lasted till the end of the 19th century, in order to present the “smooth” handle for his fraudulent “hockey stick” curve, modeling the gradual warming of the planet. Then he depicted the sharp rise in global temperature at the end of the 20th century, ignoring the past 18 years of cooling again. About the cause of El Nino, the greenies are ignorant or silent or just mendacious. We are in an El Nino period. It is caused by a spreading of the tectonic plates, a geological phenomenon, beneath the Pacific Ocean. A large amount of heat is released from beneath the Earth’s crust. This drives more moisture into the atmosphere which condenses in the form of more clouds. This impacts on local weather conditions, variously. Desert regions receive rain and flooding. Coastal regions receive storms and high precipitation. Inland areas receive less snow, but more rain. This condition is cyclic and will reverse itself when the tectonic plates close. La Nina conditions return. No, the sky is not falling.
