Plummeting Christmas Day Temperatures In The US

Christmas Day temperatures peaked in 1955 and have plummeted in the US since 1930. On Christmas Day 1964 it was 62 degrees in Burlington, Vermont. Today’s forecast high in Burlington is a balmy 28 degrees, and then plunging into an Arctic deep freeze the rest of the week.

    According to the NWS, 2012 and 2016 have the highest average temperature for the Burlington, VT area if we exclude 2017 and 1901 because of missing data.

    The alarmist scum would start their chart in 1983 to show what a huge warming trend there is. Cherry picking and blatant temperatures adjustments are the are their sorry excuse for “settled science”, because the actual data shows absolutely nothing of the sort.

    I left my hometown the day after Christmas, 1978 to move to California.

    That morning there were only a few snowflakes in the air (nothing on the ground yet), and it was in the 20s.

    Today it was -1 when I woke up.
