that saves hiring a greenkeeper !
Keep the grass mown,
but they do tend to “deposit” lots of “pebbles”
This can make putting quite difficult.
I live out in the Central West for a while and local golf course used to issue brooms for each group playing, and classified all such “pebbles” as removable hazards.
Because I’m not a very good golfer, I was often left carrying the broom. :-(
I suppose I should have said..” two can play that game” ;-)
…. not even a groan.
What’s wrong with you guys. !!
So, Tony, are you actually playing Yucatan golf, or is the course just a photogenic place to observe the wildlife?
I could divulge my handicap, but it would require naming 13 of the clubs in my bag.
Putter is my friend (heh-heh)
I’m playing tomorrow afternoon.
Great! Hit ’em straight and long!
Maybe we could organize a Skeptics Foursome back here in The Peoples Republic of Boulder in the Spring
Enjoy the Mayan Empire
Sounds good, but will have to wait a bit. I’m going to be working in Philadelphia for the next couple of months.
Well, we might have some green grass by then
Best wishes, GeologyJim
“I’m going to be working in Philadelphia for the next couple of months.”
No wonder you needed this vacation!
I get forced to go trucking there but I get the hell out as soon as I possibly can.
Tony, you’re just cruel!!! … You keep posting golf videos and pictures, all the while knowing that it has been too cold and/or too wet for me to be playing golf here in Tennessee!! … SO CRUEL !!!
Ha! I’m in a rest area SW of Cleveland, OH getting ready to head back to Anderson, IN with a load of 44, 378 lb of Coke products. It’s wet and foggy. Have to allow an extra hour to make the 230 mi trip.
I lost my golf ball
