It has been ridiculously cold in Philadelphia this month, with afternoon temperatures among the coldest on record. I’m looking out the window watching snow falling.

And the likelihood of cold nights has been increasing since the 19th century.
It is cold here again today, but on this date in 1910 Philadelphia was 82 degrees, and more than half of the US was over 70 degrees. CO2 was 300 PPM at the time.
