I spent last spring in record cold and snow in Philadelphia.

I spent last autumn and the beginning of winter in record cold and snow in New Mexico and Arizona.

And now I am spending spring in record cold and snow in Colorado.

I’m not completely convinced that snow is a thing of the past. But fortunately we have our top scientists at NCAR working on this.

    Yeah, our favorite is the Kiwi Jokester, “Distinguished Senior NCAR Climate Scientist(TM)” K-K-K-Kevin Trenberth, who will foreverafter be known for his most famous utterance (2009 e-mail to co-conspirators): “The fact is that we can’t account for the lack of warming at the moment and it is a travesty that we can’t.”

    He was admitting that “The Pause” was real and inadvertently confessing that all the computer models based on high-sensitivity to CO2 were cr*p.
