The word “immorality” is rather inadequate to describe such people. There are more appropriate words, but those words for some reason cannot be printed.

I guess these people figure, “Hey, we mostly rip off rich countries so it doesn’t matter!” The poor countries would be poor anyhow regardless of the climate scam. Well … you can’t steal from poor people … or at least we can say, you can’t steal very much. That’s nothing to do with the morality of stealing though.

It is that time of year when my mailboxes are filled with pleas to help the poor in my “rich” country which is $36T in immediate debt and over $100T in unfunded liabilities. Yet my government can send $Billions to countries which hate us and most of the “aid” will be stolen by their governors. We are not helping those country’s poor but purchasing allies and being extorted for protection while our “leadership” tells us how virtuous we are.
There’s a song “when will they ever learn…?” with the tacit answer being Never

AGW is a racket created by the rich
    for the rich.

So the is expected to be in the same region as bringing democracy, freedom, color revolutions.
Same players, same game under a different name always based on manipulation, propaganda and lies and legions of superexperts who tell the same narrative that eventually turns out to be fake.

This comes from the inability of progressives to understand trade-offs, or cost-effectiveness, or that a dollar spent on x is a dollar that cannot be spent on y. They think they can do everything (they want).

  5. Gamecock says:

They are ignorant of the time value of money. Even spending a dollar for an outcome in 2050 is horrendously stupid.

Except . . . if your objective is dekulakization, it makes perfect sense.
