Actually a group of Real non baby killing Christians run BB. Now the SPLC is a Left wing group who.lie about certain groups. they label anyone who preaches the Bible are terrorists like the KKK.
But the SPLC is being sidelined by Trump & Company
At least the Babylon Bee came with the satire label. Over at WUWT, Charles allowed me the opportunity to ask a huge reading audience, is this one real? No parody label on it:

My guess is that it is satire, but since the zealot Left is becoming exponentially more politically suicidal from sheer stupidity, the online publisher of the piece thought it was legitimate.
It may be satire, but it is reality about much of our lives in the modern world. There is always some little group that thinks whatever it is that makes our lives better, should be made illegal, and most of those little groups are led by Dimocrats.
