With a little bit of gain of fauci research we may actually get one tha works on a global scale, icluding a magical mandatory fungic…vaccine that’ll be released 9 month later.

They have been burning fossil fuels a long time there, maybe longer than most places on Earth, but still less fungi ridden than some countries that burn less fossil fuels. Also when they slowed down fossil fuel burning, last couple of years, the damp, cold homes have become breeding grounds for fungi and mold. I.e. a well heated building keeps fungi out. An ambient, cold, damp one lets fungi spread. The “scientists” got it backward again- but of course they are DEI Brits, not your native working adult Brit.

It is impossible to state how incredibly stupid this article is. You don’t hate journalists enough.

    ‘Fungi are absolutely everywhere.’

Indeed. Including Aspergillus. BWTM: ‘a common group of fungi found all over the world.’ It’s ubiquitous. All over the world. But ‘climate change,’ whatever that means, is going to cause it to spread. To Mars?

‘Fungal infections kill an estimated 2.5 million people a year, and a lack of data means that number could be far higher.’ So it could be just as likely lower. 2.5M is fake. And how many of the fake deaths are from Aspergillus? Oh, he still doesn’t know.

‘Yet we are still very far from understanding them, especially how these incredibly adaptable organisms will respond to a warming climate.’

Yet you announce it is going to eat people from the inside.

‘A team of scientists from Manchester University used computer simulations and forecasts to map the potential future spread of Aspergillus, a common group of fungi found all over the world’

‘Scientists?’ What have we here, Laddie? Computer simulations everybody. Forecasts. Potential. Future. ‘spread of Aspergillus, a common group of fungi found all over the world’ WTF?

“Fungi are relatively under-researched compared to viruses and parasites, but these [fake] maps show that fungal pathogens will likely impact most areas of the world in the future”

“We need more grants to study this!”

Toss the maps in the trash and we’ll be just fine.

    • Ivan G Wainwright says:

A more likely cause of increase in fungi is the reduction in ultra-violet which will result from the grand solar minimum; 2020 -2053.
