That is almost as bad as living in Southern Nevada, what with having a record minimum of 109f for the month of May! No wonder Big Jim is so concerned about the temperatures in Greenland. It is no wonder the ice is all melting!
Most places do not use that little hash mark when recording the temperature. Is it a Language thing that they use “-“?
I wonder why they think Antarctic could melt this century. It’s quite baffling.
All that Antarctic heat is causing strange penguin behavior.

The “feels like -109F” still cracks me up…………………..
After some rather unseasonably warm days here in Adelaide last week, it sure “feels like -109F” here today..
New paper shows significant natural climate change from ocean oscillations
A paper published online today in the journal Geophysical Research Letters finds a strong influence of shifts in the Atlantic Multidecadal Oscillation (AMO) on changes in snow cover of the distant Tibetan Plateau over the past 200 years. Major shifts occurred in the 1840s, 1880s, 1920s, and 1960s with CO2 levels well below Hansen’s fictitious “safe limit” of 350 ppm.

If you believed what the mainstream media is saying (ice crumbling, penguins dying) you would think it was +109, not -109. By the way, what does -109 feel like?
