2006 : We have 10 years to save the planet.
“The survival of the United States of America as we know it is at risk,” “And even more — if more should be required — the future of human civilization is at stake.”
Disrupting the Borg is expensive and time consuming!

” … the future of human civilization is at stake.”
He has nothing to worry about, because he isn’t part of it.
Agreed-what does this sociopath know about civilization. Lieing to children; profiteering from fraud; history will show his “contribution” rates at about the level of Caligula.
“The survival of the United States of America as we know it is at risk,”
Only if we listen to him.
The doomsday clock has stopped. Does this mean it’s only right twice per day? If so, it still beats Gores average.
Did he just toss a nuke over his shoulder for good luck?
Dennis Miller with some thoughts on Al Gore:

most accurate take on Al Gore’s inner psychic workings I’ve heard…didn’t expect such keen insight from Dennis. But I think Gore is truly delusional in his belief in the climate apocalypse but well-meaning. He’s damaged goods and has certainly been subjected to what is known as “narcissistic injury”–an emotional humiliation so big his inner-ego cant accept it so it doubles down on its outer projected ego and becomes a self-styled Messiah. This happened long before he lost the election, probably in relationship to his father as Dennis mentioned, but his election loss certainly amplified it. He’s a dangerous influence on the world.
