    Historical anecdotes are not evidence!

It appears you have had conversations with him also!
Our current records are worse than anecdotal as they have been Hansenized or run through the Mann-o-matic!

      • Blade says:

Yeah, if you call it conversations. He rarely returns comments.

For a while it was his little jibs and jabs that there is no hard evidence of a LIA.

Like I say, there really is no history, it begins anew with each person.

Hide the decline. Hide the Medieval Warm Period. Hide the Dust Bowl. Hide weather events prior to 1950. Hide scientists with a contrary point of view. Hide their data sets. Anything goes to save the planet (and more importantly their Government grants).

I ran the January to June annual US temperature trends for the last 26 years and found that 2011 was the 5th coolest in the last 26 years. How can these morons ignore 26 years of pre-July data and base their argument on a few days of summer heat in July which is not exceptional in the historic record? Is it a cult thing?

  5. Andy WeissDC says:

The first six months of the year are weather. A week of hot weather in July is climate. Any moron can see that. Plus the US doesn’t count for anything, being only .01% of the globe. But the Arctic, where Hansen colors in the missing data, is 40% of the globe.
