We put armed security guards in banks, because they protect our valuables. Michael Bloomberg has armed security guards to protect himself. Barack Obama has armed Secret Service agents to protect himself.
The presence of guns under the control of responsible, trained people reduces the possibility of violent crime to almost zero. No one pulls out a weapon in a gun shop – you would have to be a complete moron to do that.
Irrational leftists believe that the way to protect children is to ban the one thing which can keep them safe. Are children less valuable than a bank account? Children deserve better than the mentally defective people running our government.
The world is full of nutcases. Lefties can either deal with it or stick their heads up their asses in their imaginary Bambi world.
Maybe if they just outlawed shooting the Pretendident, he could give up the Secret Service. It’s worth a shot…. 🙂

The Lefties created their fantasy world that bred these wackos. The only option left is to arm every responsible citizen and to disarm every wacko.
The mental health community thinks the solution to mental illness is medication. Medicate the guy and let him run free. The only problem is that once they are free, they often don’t stay on their meds. Also the meds have been known to make people worse rather than better.
And your solution is?
Once a patient fills a prescription for psyche drugs – he/she forfeits the right to own/bear weapons. The weapons will be removed and kept in a safe place – not with family. Further access to weapons will be based on 2 years free from psyche drugs and passage of a mental fitness exam and renewed gun safety training.
Notice I didn’t predicate the protocol on a Dr issuing a prescription. Anyone who’s had backpain has been issued a script for psyche drugs at one time or other. The actual filling of the script by the individual would constitute their tacit agreement that they willingly relinquish their weapons.
2 upsides – makes people think twice about taking psyche meds and keeps guns out of the hands of people who have demonstrated they can’t be trusted with them.
But my understanding was that the guns were not his anyway.
@Will – The guns belonged to his mother. She didn’t lock them up and she was the first person to get shot.
The left understands it all too well. Why do you think they are always threatening violence? If they knew there were armed security guards, they would not be threatening or doing.
