Today’s Climate Fraud From The “Union Of Concerned Scientists”

The Union of Concerned Scientists says Wisconsin is getting super hot, the ice is disappearing, and the Great Lakes are drying up

So that is why all the LA people are fleeing ton Madison, WI!!!

    HAHAHA.

It’s all found in the first sentence…

The latest, most reliable projections of future climate change combine 100 years of historical data for Wisconsin with the most up-to-date general circulation models of the Earth’s climate system.

    Pure fantasy. Models. GIGO.

    • shazaam says:

Those who stake their reputations and credibility upon the results of all those computer-generated fantasy climate models deserve their fate.

This junk fantasy modeling scam will persist as long as the laughingstock-in-chief and his merry band of czars keep pouring tax money into the climatology pit.

FRAUD or INSANITY: Lack of Contact with Reality

After WWII nations and national academies of science were united into a giant, worldwide Orwellian Ministry of Consensus Scientific (UN)Truths on 24 Oct 1945 to prohibit public knowledge of NEUTRON REPULSION – the source of energy in cores of galaxies, ordinary stars, some planets and all atoms heavier than ~150 amu (atomic mass units), including atoms of uranium and plutonium that vaporized Hiroshima and Nagasaki and mentally crippled leaders of nations and national academies of science with fear-based insanity (loss of contact with reality).

    https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/10640850/Introduction.pdf

AGW is only one of four major Nobel Prize-winning falsehoods disguised as consensus science after Joseph Stalin emerged victorious from WWII and united nations (UN) and national academies of science (NAS) into a giant, worldwide Orwellian Ministry of Consensus Scientific (UN)Truths!

    1. AGW: Anthropologic Global Warming
    2. SNM: Standard Nuclear Model
    3. SSM:Standard Solar Model
    4. BBC: Big Bang Cosmology

These falsehoods are designed to hide NEUTRON REPULSION – the source of energy used to power the cosmos, the Sun and to endow mankind with inalienable rights to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness.

Stalin’s project failed in part because my research mentor, late Professor of Nuclear Geochemistry at the Imperial University of Tokyo, Dr. Paul Kazuo Kuroda:

_ a.) Risked his life by retaining secret possession of Japan’s atomic bomb design for fifty-seven years: http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/asia-pacific/2170881.stm

_ b.) Assigned research projects in 1960 to reveal Stalin’s destruction of post-WWII science, “The origin of the solar system and its elements.”

Sir Fred Hoyle, the late nuclear astrophysicist and cosmologist helped expose fraudulent solar science by admitting in his 1994 autobiography that the composition of the Sun was abruptly and irrationally changed from:

_ c.) Mostly iron (Fe) in 1945 to

    _ d.) Mostly hydrogen (H) in 1946.

Purposeful deceit or loss of contact with reality threaten the ability of humanity to survive and prosper 1AU (astronomical unit) from the pulsar-centered star that made our elements and sustains our lives.

    • omanuel says:

Linked Integrity of Science and Government

The integrity of national governments established by the public and major fields of science were sacrificed after WWII to prohibit public knowledge of NEUTRON REPULSION – the source of energy in cores of galaxies, ordinary stars, some planets and all atoms heavier than ~150 amu (atomic mass units):

      Astronomy
      Astrophysics
      Climatology
      Cosmology
      Geology
      Nuclear
      Particle

      Theoretical physics

Social and physical scientists may work together to avoid social disintegration.

  5. Gail Combs says:

Meanwhile back in the real world it looks like not only Greece but China is in deep doo doo.

Business Insider: ‘China is in the midst of a triple bubble

…………….The way Credit Suisse sees it, the Chinese stock market, as shocking as its slide has been, is the least of the country’s worries.

The real problem is that all of this turmoil is happening in the midst of a “triple bubble.”

“In our view, China is in the midst of a triple bubble, with the third-biggest credit bubble of all time, the largest investment bubble (proxied by the investment share of GDP) and the second-biggest real-estate bubble,” Credit Suisse analyst Andrew Garthwaite wrote in a recent note.

“This is occurring against a backdrop of near record producer price deflation, near record low growth in bank deposits (the main source of internal liquidity), FX outflows (the main source of external liquidity), and falling house prices (with property accounting for the majority of household wealth).”….

And there’s more. Garthwaite’s colleague, Dong Tao, wrote in a separate note that the government probably didn’t have a choice of whether to put its plans on the back burner. Its top concern is at stake here [emphasis ours]:

“Besides the economic rationale behind making an outsized policy response, political considerations are equally important. China has one of the world’s highest retail-investor participation rates in the equity market. With the drastic fall in share prices recently, we think social stability is clearly at stake.”

    (It is a long article.)

    • spren says:

I have long believed that China was a house of cards. I’ve never understood how anyone could trust any financial statistics manufactured by their government. They did take chances years ago and start allowing controlled pockets of capitalism because they recognized that it worked, but they are still central planners at heart and are going to play all the funny games that central banks do. This could make the collapse of Lehman Brothers look like child’s play.

      • Gail Combs says:

Yes, That is why I am bringing it up. The MSM certainly won’t since they are heavily invested in the idea of central planning and are owned by the International Banking Cartel. (No use scaring the pigeons into removing their savings.)

        A bit of Advise:

Do not forget the The Cyprus ‘Haircut’

…Digging into it, it looks like the folks on the EU / Brussels side of the table came up with the idea of a “haircut” for bank depositors. Near as I can tell, this fits the usual model of attempting to rope in ever more folks with money from ever further away (as there are large foreign deposits in Cyprus).

What did they do? The EU decided that the depositors in Cyprus banks would have their deposits taken and used as part of the bailout. Not the whole deposit, just a ‘haircut’.

They even structured it such that major depositors, over 100,000 Euros, got hit the worst (at a near 10% rate). Yet that is only about 3% above what the poorest person with just enough to cover next months rent check got clipped. [That would be 7% for Joe plumber and Suzy School teacher.]

Why is this a very bad idea? Look at the Great Depression. What was one of THE prime fixes coming out of those bank panics? Bank insurance with an unimpeachable backer. The average citizen could expect to always get 100% of their money back if a bank failed. Only folks who were super-rich would lose money; and then only if the amount in any one bank was too high. (Inflation has since made the effective limit on the insurance lower, but it is still a great deal of money). This was done simply because the average Joe or Jane can not afford to have their money gone, or ‘tied up’, or given a ‘haircut’. The “little guy” has a rent check in the mill and just enough to cover it. Break that trust, the money leaves the bank….

And do not forget Forbes 2013 The International Monetary Fund Lays The Groundwork For Global Wealth Confiscation

The International Monetary Fund (IMF) quietly dropped a bomb in its October Fiscal Monitor Report. Titled “Taxing Times,” the report paints a dire picture for advanced economies with high debts that fail to aggressively “mobilize domestic revenue.” It goes on to build a case for drastic measures and recommends a series of escalating income and consumption tax increases culminating in the direct confiscation of assets.

Yes, you read that right. But don’t take it from me. The report itself says:

“The sharp deterioration of the public finances in many countries has revived interest in a “capital levy”— a one-off tax on private wealth—as an exceptional measure to restore debt sustainability. The appeal is that such a tax, if it is implemented before avoidance is possible and there is a belief that it will never be repeated, does not distort behavior (and may be seen by some as fair). … The conditions for success are strong, but also need to be weighed against the risks of the alternatives, which include repudiating public debt or inflating it away. … The tax rates needed to bring down public debt to precrisis levels, moreover, are sizable: reducing debt ratios to end-2007 levels would require (for a sample of 15 euro area countries) a tax rate of about 10 percent on households with positive net wealth. (page 49)”

Note three takeaways. First, IMF economists know there are not enough rich people to fund today’s governments even if 100 percent of the assets of the 1 percent were expropriated. That means that all households with positive net wealth—everyone with retirement savings or home equity—would have their assets plundered under the IMF’s formulation.

Second, such a repudiation of private property will not pay off Western governments’ debts or fund budgets going forward. It will merely “restore debt sustainability,” allowing free-spending sovereigns to keep tapping the bond markets until the next crisis comes along—for which stronger measures will be required, of course.

Third, should politicians fail to muster the courage to engage in this kind of wholesale robbery, the only alternative scenario the IMF posits is public debt repudiation and hyperinflation. Structural reform proposals for the Ponzi-scheme entitlement programs that are bankrupting us are nowhere to be seen……

Good Grief what a frecken’ mess….

Yep, What could possibly go wrong ? Maybe time to start WWIII.

      • Gail Combs says:

It gets more interesting in China. From Zero Hedge

        NYSE “Glitch”… Really?

Yesterday I was speaking with a business partner who’s in Hong Kong for some meetings. He mentioned that many Chinese see the collapse in the stock market as an American conspiracy ahead of the IMF currency decision.

It’s curious how humans can be so blind to the obvious…..

It’s curious that any talk about foreign capital shorting Chinese stocks and leading to the collapse manages to make it past the common sense barrier. Foreigners own less than 2% of the market and can’t even directly short stocks….

Then this morning I received the following message from a friend

was at IAH (Houston) this morning, waiting for xxxx to show up so we could jump down to Belize to surprise xxxx and grab a quick dive, sitting at E2 minding my business, when the attack started.

A UAL staffer frantically runs down the concourse and up to the E2 counter, where the gate agent has just logged in, saying breathlessly, “It’s gonna be a long day – we just got HACKED!!!” You could tell by their body language that they were close…

She then ran off to tell the bad news elsewhere.

Since I was 12 feet from her, and no one else was there yet, I chatted her up, and she said “It’s so weird – 90 seconds ago everything was fine – now jets are just all over the place.”

None of this was reported – but it was spooky. There were military choppers suddenly in the air at the perimeter of the airspace, and Concourse E was in disarray for hours, but especially when the first planes landed.

It was like something/someone had control of UAL – for example, folks coming in from Cancun ended up coming in where the flight from Dallas was supposed to get off – and both the passengers and the UAL ground crew were very confused as to why an international flight ended up in C while a local ended up at E.

Flights were having near misses coming in because “All UAL computers were ‘wonky.'” (a quote from a pilot to me after he detoured one of those flights) UAL staff were visibly spooked.

When I read that the NYSE had “technical problems” a few minutes later, it seemed pretty obvious what was going on – I was remarking to a buddy on the phone that xxxx and I were standing in the middle of a cyber war…..

I do believe RAH was mentioning the problem of newer pilots relying too much on computers….

Yep, and most specifically in when automated systems fail to control a problem or emergency situation. Not enough “stick & rudder”time.

  6. Joe Gossett says:

As recently as two years ago water levels in the Great Lakes were as much as 4 feet below normal. It was announced today that the water levels have risen 3 and half feet in last two years. A record amount based upon the last 150 years of record keeping? According to the news report.
Why? Increased precipitation and increased ice cover the last two winters. Ice cover decreasing evaporation. At the end of the story I was waiting for the “Climate Change” cause thereof. That didn’t happen this time.

  7. Ha ha ha, they said lake Superior’s and Michigan’s levels will drop. I wonder how they think Lake Michigan’s level will drop when it’s attached to Lake Huron.

We get 1 day close to 80 then right back down mornings are in the low 50s to low 60s . Seems to me like global cooling is happening

    • Snowleopard says:

“Seems to me like global cooling is happening”

I’m not sure we have global cooling yet. Hard to tell when my thermometer disagrees with the official temp (usually showing cooler) by as much as 10F. I can only guess what the reality is in unpopulated areas and on the oceans. What seems certain though is most of the area covered by ice in the last glaciation is getting much colder. Other areas may still be warming, or not.

I suspect you are correct, though there is no way to know for sure. But if solar activity continues its fall, as seems likely, even Joe Sixpack will figure out what is happening within a few years.

On reading of recent efforts to change the historical record of sunspots, I was reminded of research by Dr. Carl Rouse, probably the most intellectually honest and certainly one of the most abused astrophysicists of the past century. http://omatumr.com/Photographs/Carl_Rouse_desc.htm

He received a PhD in astrophysics from CalTech or Stanford in the late 1950’s, lived in LaJolla, CA with his lovely wife, and spent his career pointing out errors in the Standard Solar Model of hydrogen-filled stars.

Here are a few of his papers:

From the linked UCS pdf report:

“This fact sheet is based on the findings of Confronting Climate Change in the Great Lakes Region, a report published in April 2003 by the Union of Concerned Scientists and the Ecological Society of America.”

So 12 years later, their predictions are wrong. Great Lakes ice has increased and Upper Midwest temps have declined:

    • rah says:

Now it’s “just weather” you know. Last winter when Buffalo got nailed with a big time lake effect snow some morons, including Salon’s top writer on climate, tried to blame that on “climate change”. Said the lakes were warmer than normal despite the fact that every single great lake had run cooler than normal for the whole year and there was still a massive hunk of ice floating around on Superior in July that year!

Wonder what they’ll say this winter? It’s beginning to look like another dozy coming. Near record freezing of the lakes in 2013-14, Extensive freezing of the lakes in 2014-15 with record snow falls in places in NE. Niagara Falls was frozen pretty solid. Good enough for an ice climber to make the ascension. And Lake Ontario came about as close to freezing over as it has in decades.

This year the lakes are a little cool still in most places but not as cold as they were last year at this time. http://www.nodc.noaa.gov/dsdt/cwtg/glakes.html

So LOOK OUT Buffalo and Erie because you may be in for another big one or two come early winter.
