I wish it would get warmer but right now it’s looking like temperatures for most of the east are going to stay well below average through at least the first two weeks of January. Quite a change from the last few winters when we would get a winter blast an week later have sweater weather for a couple weeks before the next winter blast came in.

Tony, your graphics are so effective they’re bound to be used more widely. Hope they also generate more traffic to your blog.

“Also, all those Trump voters who think it seems to be getting colder and colder at this time of year are right. It’s the “experts” who claim otherwise who are wrong – as Steven Goddard shows here:”

Hey. What happened to Mann-Made Global warming from all the excess CO2 created by us humans? Where’s the heat when we need it? Isn’t CO2 a sort of thermostat for Earth’s climate? Inquiring minds want to know what went so horribly wrong with all the forecasts.

Woke up at 03:30. Temp -2 F. It is now 06:20 and the temp is 2 F. A increase of 4 degrees warmer during the hours of total darkness. What changed? Water vapor. It got cloudy as a new clipper comes down from the NW. It’ll start snowing in about an hour. Wind chill advisory remains in effect until 19:00 today.
