Plummeting Christmas Day Temperatures In The US

Christmas Day temperatures peaked in 1955 and have plummeted in the US since 1930. On Christmas Day 1964 it was 62 degrees in Burlington, Vermont. Today’s forecast high in Burlington is a balmy 28 degrees, and then plunging into an Arctic deep freeze the rest of the week.
