If NOAA was a private company, at the very least the DOJ would have them in court to face civil fines and the Board of Directors would be facing criminal charges.

I don’t believe that for a second. It’s what side you’re on – not a private vs. public issue. If you are corrupting data for the Cabal, you will be protected. Whether you are a private entity or work in a government agency, is totally irrelevant.
