    That’s a funny article.

Blaming Schizophrenia and Depression on global warming
while the continent with the hottest countries(Africa) is also the continent with the lowest Schizophrenia rates by far.
And the countries with the lowest depression rates are hot countries too.
But completely ignoring the only mental illnesses that really increased massively alongside (the fake) global warming narrative are that of crazy male pervs(trans) and college induced insanity(wokeness,)
    is very telling.

And using the UHI effect to sell global warming(and even than the 2.6 degree increase is a lie)
instead of explaining the reader why Phoenix never cools down at night though it is located in the middle of desert.
And deserts can cool down to the freezing point and below during night.
But why should she tell readers that a highly symetric, rectangular and parralel road network with wide streets is a massive heat trap of the worst kind(and the more the city grows the hotter it gets. And Phoenix population has doubled in the last 50 years)
when she is trying to sell propaganda.

Needles to say that the author also works for the global communist ,
    fka Scientific American .
That endorses senile, corrupt war criminals for president.

    • No mention of the increase in populations of hot arid areas BECAUSE of the availability of air conditioning. Isn’t Pheonix a case in point? Far be it from me to suggest a certain degree of cherry picking. And yes, by changing the definition of ‘heat wave’ to fit the narrative, they have become more frequent in recent years. Winds of, at best, gale force have become named storms. Just how stupid do these goons think the public are? Surely, by now, most have grown wise to the use of bright red to depict moderately warm weather, and at least begun to suspect a scam.

        And,of course,
with the increase in electricity prices and as result of unreliables,
people will suffer more from heat without an increase
and even with a decrease of heatwaves(as they became so much softer),
because they can no longer afford air conditioning
        – and Arizona,Florida etc will become the empty places they used to be before the 1000% population increase as result of window AC’s.(sadly most americans still think that Willis Carrier is a Naval Vessel or the nurse of a demented Hollywood actor)

        • Brilliant! Also the work of James Joule and Sadi Carnot seems alien to the climate science brethren. Try applying AGW theory to gas turbine engine design – give us all a laugh.

      Good morning,
my wife works in a public institution.
The building where she works is old and there is only 1 toilet per floor. At the floor where she works there used to be a toilet for men, but now this is open to “all genders”. After a some days, someone shall have complained that a woman going to the toilet walks in front of the pissoirs and is forced to watch some men or some kind of “different” woman during his/her/its business. Therefore, men were asked NOT to use pissoirs in that specific toilet.

My wife commented ironically: “its very strange that women are disturbed by watching a penis. In fact we have recently been taught that a penis can be a female attribute and even women may have one”.

I just want to mention that on the floor where the directors and management is placed, mainly formed by men, the toilet for men remained a toilet for men!

      🙂

Sitting here in our kitchen in north west France this morning with an outside temperature of 14.5 C / 58 Fartenheit I’m also wondering why French summers are starting to feel like winter.
This is the arse end of July ffs and all the useless Meteo France climate change drones can say is “For these three weeks ahead, no dominant scenario currently emerges” Translated meaning – “We haven’t got a clue what the weather will be like in the next three weeks, but we can confidently predict that if you don’t buy an electric car and stop using gas to cook your Sunday roast the world will boil/explode/burn up/ and it will be all your fault”

Here on the Mason Dixon line in the eastern Midwest US, today will be the 30th day of 90F temps or greater this year. The record number of days that reached 90F was in 1936 – 95 days of 90F or higher that year. It would take 66 additional days of +90F temps this year to break the 1936 record.

What do the TV clowns tell us – every day? The meteorologists keep hammering predictions of “feels-like” temperatures of +100F, 105F or more – with warnings of heat stroke, etc. Watching local TV weather reports, you’d think we’re burning up in Hell.

Here in the DFW area of the Lone Star State we have not reached the century mark this year. It is not unusual to first record that temperature between May 30 and June 4. Four of the top 5 earliest occurrences were pre 1950 with the top three before 1926. The latest first occurence was Aug 23, 1989. Fornicasters have missed a number of times the past two weeks and are now prognosticating the figure of merit will occur on Tuesday. The last years during which the area did not record a 100F temp was 1973 and 1906. I am sitting comfortably on my shady patio while a fan providess a comfortable 95 degree breeze. I’m fine, “jes’ fine”.

  6. Bob G says:

Here in St Cloud Minnesota, we have had no extreme high temperatures this July and yet our local meteorologist reported that our temperatures for this month are running two degrees above average. how can this be? I ran the numbers for the high temperatures for this month and we are running two and a half degrees below average. so that means our low temperatures are running four and a half degrees above average. of course partly due to the Urban heat island but also we are surrounded by cropland, mostly corn, we’ve had a lot of rain and those crops are putting a lot of humidity into the air, which keeps your night time temperatures higher.

    • arn says:

Remember last year the english had to turn the radiators during most of May because the temperatures were close to the freezing point,
yet the MSM and the government declared it at the end of the month
one of the hottest Mays ever.

There is only one way in the warming narrative,
and the constant pressure of permanent propagands must be upheld in the plebs to make them give in.

Overall the average temperatures may have become a little bit warmer
as result of the UHI effect
as the asphalt and concrete release the heat during night and the nights become warmer and this adds to the overall increase.
Without UHI and data adjustment barely anything has changed.

      • conrad ziefle says:

They need to be careful about what they say. If it was one of the hottest Mays EVER, then they are admitting that all those millions of years of Mays where CO2 was averaging 3500ppm were not as hot.

        • arn says:

I do not think that they need to be careful
as they know that they can get away with everything.
They have decades of failed predictions ,
yet they keep doubling down and failing.
Even flatout lies on purpose from the most prestigious top (iirc it was the Scientific American that claimed that the Ice Age scare of the 70ies was was based on a single Newsweek article while Tony alone found 100+ Ice Age scare articles – and he only found a fraction)
          goes unchallenged.

They only care about maintaining the official narrative to justify their doings and stay in power to reach their goals.

Keep in mind what Solshenytzin said:
” We know that they lie.
          They know that they lie.
They know that we know that they are lying.
          Yet they keep lying.”

And during that time 95% of people knew that they were lying.
Nowadays it’s 60:40 in their favor.
They don’t really give a shit about wether we know or not as long as they get what they want.
In the end they will rewrite history
and their lies will be forgotten like the ice age,the iraq war etc.
And what’s a bit of data adjustment and lies in May 2025 compared to that?
          Nothing.

It has always been difficult for me to understand how some people when caught lying, show no visible shame or emotion and remain believably calm and can double down on their lies with a straight face. Yet, some people can literally lie with impunity.

Whenever I was caught lying, I felt shame and was embarrassed. My cheeks got red. Even when I wasn’t caught, I still felt guilt for telling the lie. I don’t play poker; but if I did, I’d likely have too many ‘tells’ to be very good at it.
