My heliocentric analogue for negative NAO/AO and deep cold in January 2024 is 179.05 years back in December 1844. Which is all four gas giants plus Earth and Venus very close to the same relative positions.

My not being of an astronomical mindset or education, could you possibly give us lesser mortals an explanation of your post?
I realise that the orbital movements of the planets do have effects on the earth’s orbit, inclination and received solar irradiance but how?
Thanks in advance.
The planets order changes in the solar wind strength at less than weekly scales, which then drives NAO/AO anomalies and the associated changes in mid latitude weather patterns.
Here are examples with major heatwaves, the inner planets order the weekly noise.
