There is no statistically significant difference in mentality among the entire Executive Branch, unless you want to consider the janitor, who is probably smarter than all the rest combined.
bright people in charge of an organization or enterprise tend to pick the brightest people they can find to w*rk for & with them, as they want the best people they can find, and aren’t worried about having people as, or smarter, around them, as they have confidence in their own abilities, and aren’t bothered by admitting weakness.
average and mediocre people, otoh, tend to pick people with fewer skills than themselves, so that they will remain the top dog. their fear, and rightfully so, is that a truly competent person will displace them.
thus, a SCOAMF like Obumbles picks only bigger mouth breathers than himself, with predictable results.
