While climate morons were on the streets in Denver today demanding imaginary action on an imaginary crisis, I was enjoying the incredible diversity of life twenty miles away. What threatens the environment here is wind turbines and human migration destroying wildlife habitat.

The eastern half of the US experienced a massive heatwave during the first week of June 1925, which peaked on June 5th.  Every day that month was over 90 degrees in the Midwest.

On June 5, 1925 it was 104 degrees in Michigan and 100 degree temperatures were widespread from Texas to New York.

The animation below shows the progression of the heatwave from June 1-7, 1925.

The heatwave killed hundreds of people, including 162 in New York City.

The frequency of 95 degree days in New York City peaked in the 1950s, and have been declining towards record lows over the past 30 years.

The pattern for the entire US also shows a big spike of hot days in the 1950s, with a larger spike in the 1930s, and sharp decline over the past century.

But no lie is too big for the New York Times, so they have erased their own history and now claim the exact opposite of what the data shows.

Extraordinarily hot summers — the kind that were virtually unheard-of in the 1950s — have become commonplace.

New York City reached 100 degrees in 1952, 1953, 1954, 1955 and 1957 – but haven’t been over 100 degrees in the past seven years. Summers are getting cooler in New York, but the New York Times understands that their readers will believe anything they say, and this they can get away with any misinformation which suits their agenda.

If we had a free press in the US, this sort of misinformation would not stand. But they have a virtual brick wall erected to keep factual information about climate from being published by the press.

We have 50 million Muslims in Europe. There are signs that Allah will grant Islam victory in Europe—without swords, without guns, without conquest—will turn it into a Muslim continent within a few decades.

Last week I was eating dinner at a restaurant in Colorado Springs, and overheard two waitresses talking about Arizona.  One of them used to work at a bar in downtown Prescott.  I joined in their conversation, and the other waitress said “I have never been there, but I hear it is really hot in Arizona all the time.”  I responded with “Not this year, they had several snowstorms near Phoenix and it has been quite cool and wet.”  She responded with a very concerned look, and said “wow, things are changing everywhere.”

Today I was talking to my next door neighbor’s uncle, and he asked me what I did. I told him that I work for a company in Phoenix. He said he used to live there and went into a rant about how Phoenix has no business being there, and it is too hot and dry. I told him that it has been cool and wet this year, and the wildflowers were amazing. He responded with “Climate change is having strange effects everywhere.”

Hot/dry/wet/cold/perfect weather – all caused by a 0.0001 mole fraction increase in CO2 over the past century.

Experts say the Arctic will be ice-free by 1989, and won’t refreeze in the winter.

One of the most commonly used lies of climate alarmists is that the ratio of record lows to highs is decreasing.

Reality is that the metric is cyclical, and three of the last seven years have had more record minimums than record maximums.  The ration is about the same as 80 years ago.
