It would be a pretty massive stretch to describe climate fraudsters Mann, Rahmstorf and Dessler as being scientists, but let’s take a look at what Hansen actually said at those hearings.  He predicted a large increase in the number of 90 and 100 degree days at Washington DC and Omaha, Nebraska.

Below are the temperature records at the closest USHCN stations to Washington DC and Omaha, Nebraska.  Both show a decline in the number of 90 and 100 degree days.

Hansen was completely wrong, but in climate science being wrong is always right, and being right is always wrong.

Arctic sea ice volume continues as the highest in 13 years, and is melting the slowest on record.  With cold weather forecast past July 4th, the odds of a big melt this year are close to zero.

Sixty years after the New York Times predicted Arctic shipping, there are still no ships in the Arctic. Arctic sea ice volume is the highest in thirteen years, the ice is melting at the slowest rate on record, and continued cold is forecast for the rest of the month.
