I notice they are saying 0.52c for Jan through Oct, but their data set still shows 0.49c?

Flexible numbering plans make that possible. It is kind of like the flexible interest plans they came out with that were tied to the FED rate. These figures are tied to the desired outcome results. What ever needs to be found to be consistent with projections “Will” be found.
