In an interview with Steve Kroft for this Sunday’s 60 Minutes, President Obama says he won’t release post-mortem images of Osama bin Laden taken to prove his death.
Panetta told NBC News that “I don’t think there was any question that ultimately a photograph would be presented to the public.”

Interesting — but I think the title would be better, “He Just Can’t Stop,” referring particularly to Obama, who can’t resist exercising any power he has, with poor judgment.

Was that a Doppelganger instead of the real Osama? Many there have long beards and dark eyes. He was apparently ready to run, so he must have had some tip-off; enough time for a substitution. He is too much an icon to have no stunt doubles. How did they get DNA confirmation so fast?
Maybe the photos are good to withhold. I predict a real (or doctored, old) video with USL saying, “Rumors of my death…” etc.
Why didn’t they save a few fingers, or his liver? Better, another organ…
The President was not given the power in the Constitution to act alone.
While the Constitutional precedence is pretty gray in this matter, I don’t believe this is the result of the president’s action. I’ve no facts to base this upon, but I believe it was action that progressed without his support, and he attempted to take credit. This would be why there is such a divergence of stories.
