   There are stories about influential Americans who supported the actions in Germany!

     Yep. It would be really interesting to see Charles Lindbergh and Joe Kennedy statements right around this time period.

     Actually we already know what they said, all of it despicable, naive at best, vile at worst.

     There is no way really to paint a happy face on them, even today after 70 years.

   Really important slice of history. Says a lot.

   FDR: ‘hey we didn’t for sure that this stuff went on until late 1944. We don’t get Milwaukee newspapers in Washington you know’.

   Also, there seems to be a clear tie-in between the brewing Holocaust and an awakened Arab street.
