Sea levels likely to rise much faster than was predicted
By Steve connor, Science Editor in St LouisGlobal warming is causing the Greenland ice cap to disintegrate far faster than anyone predicted. A study of the region’s massive ice sheet warns that sea levels may – as a consequence – rise more dramatically than expected.
Disrupting the Borg is expensive and time consuming!

Like advancing to the rear, is that rising to the fall, or are they just cruisin’ for a bruisin’?
They are writing checks with their mouths , that reality will not cash.
Eeek – it’s trending towards zero!
maybe its like a tsunami where the tide goes out and then rushes in all at once. Or perhaps the land is pushing up due to plate techtonic effects.
They really have been reduced to saying…
“although the predicted effect has not happened yet (or observations are the opposite of what was predicted), our models tell us it will be even worse when it comes back in X years.”
I have read hundreds of variations on that quote in the last two years. That is what climate science has become now, apologizing for todays weather and promising tomorrow will be much worse. Have they no shame?
