I’m sure that McKitten will find something to complain about.
Disrupting the Borg is expensive and time consuming!

Earlier this month there was a drought of snow nationally, but not lake placid.

In 1980 the winter olympics were held in Lake Placid. Everyone remembers the “Miracle on Ice” when the US hockey team beat the Russians. No one remembers the use of artificial snow to augment the lack of snow that almost lead to the canceling of the ski events.
In 1932 there was no snow at Lake Placid until a couple of days before the the Olympics. This was due to global warming.
After the upcoming 12/26 east coast blizzard, the ski resorts will be fat and happy.
