  1. R. de Haan says:

Just like they control the flooding defenses of Somerset:
Here is the proof the UK Environmental Agency planned the current flooding a long time ago: http://solarcycle24com.proboards.com/thread/2057/met-office-watch?page=11

You just stop dredging the canals and when the floods come you blame it on climate change.

We now have government institution infiltrated by activists who simply sabotage our nations.
It’s like enemy bombers approaching and nobody is sounding the air raid alarm.

    • R. de Haan says:

And the treason goes beyond the leadership of nations:
For example – imagine a United Nations committee co-chaired by David Cameron and with John Podesta as a member (now I believe raised to co-Chair)?????
Well you don’t have to imagine it – See the Secretary-General’s High-level Panel of Eminent Persons on the Post-2015 Development Agendalink. Of course these ‘high level persons’ generated a report – The Report of the Secretary-General’s High-level Panel of Eminent Persons on the Post-2015 Development Agenda; ( Which is linked below, including Cameron’s signature ) It is interesting to see the President’s ‘Climate and Green Representative working so closely with David Cameron perhaps one should say with a Common Purpose with David Cameron. The same David Cameron who is now on the wrong end of ‘sustainability’.

We are already run by the UN!!! http://www.un.org/sg/management/pdf/HLP_P2015_Report.pdf

Obama, Kerry, Biden. Cameron, all traitors of human kind who they want to see enslaved, shackled, and eventually managed as a bunch of chicken in an egg factory.

It is a he!! of a lot worse than that.

One of the questions, at least in my mind is when did the USA take a U-turn from encouraging a good economy and why. I think we can pin point it to the early 1970s.

The seventies is when we saw the start of major red tape designed to strangle the economy: EPA (1970) OSHA (1971) Equal Rights Amendment (1972) for example. At that time (1970) the labor force in manufacturing was 24%, in farming 4.6% Over 30% of labor was directly involved in building real wealth. By the last Census manufacturing was less than 9%, and farming ~1% (GDP only tracks the exchange of money and not building of wealth BTW)

SEE: Federal regulations have lowered real GDP growth by 2% per year since 1949 and made America 72% poorer — (wwwDOT) aei-ideas.org/2013/06/federal-regulations-have-lowered-gdp-growth-by-2-per-year/

The UN Earth Summit in 1972 is when Maurice Strong invited activists to go home and raise He!! thereby shifting political power from the adults to easily manipulated spoiled teenagers.

Elaine Dewar wrote in Toronto’s Saturday Night magazine:

It is instructive to read Strong’s 1972 Stockholm speech and compare it with the issues of Earth Summit 1992. Strong warned urgently about global warming, the devastation of forests, the loss of biodiversity, polluted oceans, the population time bomb. Then as now, he invited to the conference the brand-new environmental NGOs [non-governmental organizations]: he gave them money to come; they were invited to raise he!! at home. After Stockholm, environment issues became part of the administrative framework in Canada, the U.S., Britain, and Europe.

How everr the really interesting document is the 1974 CIA report:
“A Study of Climatological Research as it Pertains to Intelligence Problems”
        http://www.climatemonitor.it/wp-content/uploads/2009/12/1974.pdf

        Pg 7
In 1972 the Intelligence Community was faced with two issues concerning climatology:

        * No methodologies available to alert policymakers of adverse climatic change

        * No tools to assess the economic and political impact of such a change.

“… Since 1972 the grain crisis has intensified…. Since 1969 the storage of grain has decreased from 600 million metric tons to less than 100 million metric tons – a 30 day supply… many governments have gone to great lengths to hide their agricultural predicaments from other countries as well as from their own people…

        pg 9
The archaeologists and climatotologists document a rather grim history… There is considerable evidence that these empires may not have been undone by barbarian invaders but by climatic change…. has tied several of these declines to specific global cool periods, major and minor, that affected global atmospheric circulation and brought wave upon wave of drought to formerly rich agricultural lands.

Refugees from these collapsing civilizations were often able to migrate to better lands… This would be of little comfort however,… The world is too densely populated and politically divided to accommodate mass migration.

Page 18 talks of coming glaciation.
Scientists are confident that unless man is able to effectively modify the climate, the northern regions… will again be covered with 100 to 200 feet of ice and snow. That this will occur within the nexy 2,500 years they are quite positive; that it may occur sooner is open to speculation.

        page 22 states:
The climate of the 1800s was far less favorable for agriculture in most areas of the world. In the United States during that century, the midwest grain-producing areas were cooler and wetter and snow lines of the Russian steppes lasted for longer periods of time. More extended periods of drought were noted in the areas of the Soviet Union now known as the new lands. More extensive monsoon failures were common around the world, affecting in particular China, the Philippines and the Indian Subcontinent.

The Wisconsin analysis questions whether a return to these climate conditions could support a population that has grown from 1.1 billion in 1850 to 3.75 billion in 1970. The Wisconsin group predicted that the climate could not support the world’s population since technology offers no immediate solution. Further world grain reserves currently amount to less than one month; thus any delay in supplies implies mass starvation. They also contended that new crop strains could not be developed over night… Moreover they observed that agriculture would become even more energy dependent in a world of declining resources.

Holdren and the other Malthusians from Stanford University are not alone. The US government has been behind then since BEFORE the book Human Ecology: Problems and Solutions (1973) was published. The book just echoed the real thoughts of the US government of that time.

      • Gail Combs says:

When pondering that 1974 CIA Report and the change in US policy that followed consider the following:
One paper puts the Holocene Optimum as having 9% more solar insolation for 21 June at 65? N than today. The solar insolation will not climb back up for four thousand years.

The Holocene is a half-precession old interglacial. Five of the last six interglacials lasted about half a precession cycle. The precession cycle itself varies between 19,000 and 23,000 years and we are close to the 23kyr point now, making 11,715 years a few hundred years over half.

The paper I have link to before Can we predict the duration of an interglacial? contained the solar insolation for 21 June at 65? N and CO2 for termination of several interglacials.

        Current values are insolation = 479 W m?2 and CO2 = 390 ppmv.

        MIS 7e – insolation = 463 W m?2, CO2 = 256 ppmv
        MIS 11c – insolation = 466 W m?2, CO2 = 259-265 ppmv
        MIS 13a – insolation = 500 W m?2, CO2 = 225 ppmv
        MIS 15a – insolation = 480 W m?2, CO2 = 240 ppmv
        MIS 17 – insolation = 477 W m?2, CO2 = 240 ppmv

Despite what Englebeen is trying to push at WUWT, Zbigniew Jaworowski showed that early ice core measurement gave much higher reading especially if the CO2 is extracted from the whole ice sample and not just the air bubble. So that makes those low CO2 reading rather suspect. (So much for the Magic Gas saving our hides.)

Are we headed into glaciation? Heck if I know but given the subdued solar insolation at the tail end of the Holocene, the focus of science ONLY on Global Warming with the stated aim of destroying our present technological society strikes me as mass suicide at least for most of the peasants. This is especially true when the USA got rid of the strategic grain reserves in 1996 and ran the the grain silos dry by 2008. Now the USA is burning any excess grain as bio-fuel.

In other words the current US policies put us in the same position that the Little Ice Age peasants were in except there are more of us and we are completely dependent on a fossil fuel ‘Just-in-Time’ delivery system for our food.
We also have inner cities full of people who Obama has been riling up and who have no problem rioting and setting fire to whole areas when they get angry. (Thanks to Third Generation Welfare Families and the War on Drugs.)

That peer-reviewed paper from September 2012 says:

….although it has been unclear whether the subdued current summer insolation minimum (479 W m?2 ), the lowest of the last 800 kyr, would be sufficient to lead to glaciation (e.g. Crucifix, 2011). Comparison with MIS 19c, a close astronomical analogue characterized by an equally weak summer insolation minimum (474 W m?2 ) and a smaller overall decrease from maximum summer solstice insolation values, suggests that glacial inception is possible despite the subdued insolation forcing, if CO2 concentrations were 240 ± 5 ppmv (Tzedakis et al., 2012). …..

From those who believe in Global Warming (or at least are pushing it) we have this paper:

Lesson from the past: present insolation minimum holds potential for glacial inception (2007)

“….Because the intensities of the 397 ka BP and present insolation minima are very similar, we conclude that under natural boundary conditions the present insolation minimum holds the potential to terminate the Holocene interglacial. Our findings support the Ruddiman hypothesis [Ruddiman, W., 2003. The Anthropogenic Greenhouse Era began thousands of years ago. Climate Change 61, 261–293], which proposes that early anthropogenic greenhouse gas emission prevented the inception of a glacial that would otherwise already have started….”
        (wwwDOT)sciencedirect.com/science/article/pii/S0277379107002715

And even Woods Hole Observatory warned about possible wide temperature swings a few years ago and that politicians may be barking up the wrong tree.
Abrupt Climate Change: Should We Be Worried?
        (wwwDOT)whoi.edu/page.do?cid=9986&pid=12455&tid=282

“….Fossil evidence clearly demonstrates that Earth vs climate can shift gears within a decade, establishing new and different patterns that can persist for decades to centuries….

Sure makes you wonder if our leaders are hiding a lot of scientific evidence on the next glacial inception while they make sure the peasants, except for the chosen few, will die quickly of starvation.

Remember all the seed banks, the DNA sampling of all babies born in the USA and UK, and the banks of genetic material from the best 4H animals. (Didn’t know that did you?)

And just to add a bit more fuel to the speculations in my last two comments as to just what the elite are up to:

US universities in Africa ‘land grab’: Institutions including Harvard and Vanderbilt reportedly use hedge funds to buy land in deals that may force farmers out

World Bank report on land grabbing:

…The report is both a disappointment and a failure. Everyone was expecting the Bank to provide new and solid on-the-ground data about these “large scale land acquisitions”, to use their terminology, that have created so much controversy since 2008. After all, the Bank should have access to governments and corporations in a way that journalists and non government organisation (NGO) researchers never would. The Bank itself says this was its central ambition. But there is hardly anything new in the whole 160-plus page document. The Bank said it was going to look concretely at 30 countries, but it only looked at 14. As it turns out, companies refused to share information about their farmland investments, as did governments providing the lands. So the Bank turned instead to farmlandgrab.org, a website run by GRAIN, made a database of all the deals that the media reported on there, and then sent out teams of consultants to see if they were real or not.2 Is this the best that the World Bank could do?

Yes, there is an “enormous” farmland grab going on around the world ever since the 2008 food and financial crises and it shows no signs of abating. The Bank says that the 463 projects it tallied from farmlandgrab.org between October 2008 and June 2009 cover at least 46.6 million hectares of land and that the majority of these are in sub-Saharan Africa. Field reports validated that 21% of these projects are “in operation”….

The Bank’s findings also corroborate what others have been saying about the impacts of these land grabs. … it finds that the investments are giving almost zero back to affected communities in terms of jobs or compensation, to say nothing of food security…

Weighing up exactly who is involved and for what purpose, without the fantasies attached, would have been most useful. …the Bank shared some data of this nature when it identified for the Global Donor Platform the top countries targetted by these land grab deals and the top countries of origin of the investors between 2008 and 2009 (see Table 1). But in its final report, the Bank chose not to name names, forcing everyone to speculate why….

Another matter that the report is silent about is the World Bank’s own neck-deep involvement in these deals.….
